MBS BUILDING SUPPLIES Prestressed Concrete Lintels are engineered to provide robust structural support in various masonry constructions.
Manufactured with a concrete strength of 50N/mm2 and incorporating high-tensile steel strands conforming to BS5896:2012, these lintels are designed to ensure a minimum fire resistance of 1/2 hour, and are engineered to support the following loads:
- Concrete floor weights
- Masonry loads
- Attic truss loads
- Evenly distributed timber floor weights
- Point loads from steel beams and compound trusses
- Evenly distributed roof loads
