A cold applied, solvent-borne, heavy-duty adhesive for bonding all types of bituminous roofing felts to asphalt, felt, metal and concrete. It can be used for bonding mineral chippings to bituminous surfaces.

Bitubond Felt Adhesive is a solvent-borne, heavy duty adhesive for bonding all types of bituminous roofing felts to asphalt, felt, metal and concrete.

It is ready to use and is ideal for bonding chippings to roofs that are flat or of low pitch (gradients up to 10°C).

It can also be used for bonding mineral chippings to bituminous surfaces.

APPLICATION

• Application by brush, mop or squeegee.
• When used as a roofing felt/lap adhesive, coverage is approximately 2m²/l.
• When used as a gritting solution, coverage is 1.6m²/l using 3mm chips and 1.3m²/l using 10mm chips.
• For external use.
